We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic. If the instructor cancels a lesson with in 48 hours you will be offered a total refund or another slot. Lessons will be conveyed verbally in detail before making any lesson booking. At least 48 hours notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, unfortunately no refunds will be given after this time . Before booking practical Driving Tests, an ADI reference number will be supplied to confirm the readiness of the student driver's ability for test and for use of the Driving School vehicles. The use of the instructor's car for your test is the decision of the instructor only and will only be aloud use of the car if the instructor feels you are ready for a test. From time to time DVSA will cancel your driving test for all manor of reasons such as bad weather, Examiners off sick ect, in the event this happens, if the test was canceled within 48hrs you will still be charged for the slot you booked in the instructors diary and will not be eligible for a refund, but you can apply to the DVSA for short notice compensation. Speeding fines are for the driver of the vehicle at the time and date of the offence. Any pupil that has not booked a lesson or has been inactive for over 4 weeks without prior notice will be put back on the waiting list so space can be made available for new pupils to start.
